SERBIA. Mi.9Bc. 1869. 1 pa. pale-olive unused imperforate, with full original gum, good margins all-round and typical shade showing plate-flaw ´dot and dash´ after PARA (corresponding to plate position 23 of the setting of the perforate issue) and ´break in lower frame-line´, two horizontal slight paper folds, probably in paper before printing. According to certificate of Prof. Velickovic (1997) ´one of the finest of the 10-12 recorded unused examples´ and unique with described printing flaws. Michel.5.000€.
