ARGENTINA. 1863 (May 14). Stampless cover from BUENOS AIRES to ENGLAND struck with fine octagonal French Paquebot CONF. ARGENTINE-SAINTONGE in black, struck with scarce framed Anglo-French FR./2F 20c accountancy marking in London (June 19) and manuscript ´8´ (pence) to pay on arrival in Moreton in the Marsh. Edge wear but a rare usage.
